It’s hard to believe that anything could beat last year’s Barbie summer: Wearing bright pink, shamelessly singing along to “I’m Just Ken,” and getting to relive my childhood was something for the books. But, alas, all good things must end, including Margot Robbie’s doll-themed press looks. But I like — maybe love — Robbie’s post-Barbie style. On June 5, the 33-year old actress was spotted in New York City in a mix of elevated basics and sporty accessories in all the neutrals — not a sliver of pink in sight!On top, she wore an oversized cream colored blazer over a classic scoop-neck white T-shirt. Her tee was tucked into a pair of baggy white jeans worn with brown loafers, a shoe style Jennifer Garner also just wore. She accessorized the look with a tan shoulder bag and matching Yankees hat for an unconventional finishing touch to what would otherwise be a preppy look.

Robbie’s look is sound for staying covered in the summer without breaking a sweat. A lightweight blazer is a must-have layering piece that, in my opinion, can elevate anything.
