Bring it on home, John B ... to your new home.
When Outer Banks returns with the first half of season 4, the Pogues are finally going to make a new home for themselves after John B's (Chase Stokes) "Château" was burned down by Topper (Austin North). With the money they made from finding El Dorado, John B, Sarah (Madelyn Cline), Kiara (Madison Bailey), JJ (Rudy Pankow), Pope (Jonathan Daviss), and Cleo (Carlacia Grant) decide to build a new home named after their island paradise: Poguelandia. And the stars are showing off the impressive new set in Entertainment Weekly's On Set series.
In EW's exclusive video, Stokes, Pankow, and Daviss give a behind-the-scenes look at the two-story bait and tackle shop/charter company that the Pogues own and run thanks to their new funds. The tour begins with Daviss chucking a ping pong ball at Stokes, making it clear that the actors are just like their onscreen Pogue alter egos, before explaining how important Poguelandia is this season.

Outer Banks creators warn there's a 'bomb coming' in season 4 for JJ and Kiara
"This is one of our main filming locations for season 4," Stokes says. "It actually took three weeks to design this and it took about two months to actually put it together."
The actors reveal that most of the painted signs are in Pankow's handwriting, and Daviss says the giant shark hanging upside down outside the entrance is named Bruce. "We just kind of found him in a salvage yard," Daviss says. "This isn't built for the show, this is really for real, so we don't know whose this is or why you had it but thank you."
"Your trash is our treasure," Stokes adds.
The tour continues inside on the first floor of the shop, which is the "be all ends all for all water-based activities," Stokes says. It represents the Pogues' idea for how to make a "sustainable income" back home now that they're trying to lead normal, non-treasure-hunting lives. "For the past three seasons, we've seen a level of just real instability, a lot of turmoil in their lives," Stokes adds. "What they've really really hoped to find is what is their home? For a bunch of teenagers who are trying to figure out what life looks like and what life is ... "

"What he's saying is, we built our home," Pankow cuts in.
"Home is where the rusted bolts and the moldy wood is," Stokes finishes.
While a lot of the props around Poguelandia are real, including the hand-drawn merch and surfboards, Stokes reveals the snacks are very expired. But that hasn't stopped him and Pankow from eating them on long night shoots. "Tasted great though," Pankow says.
"I'm good, I think," Stokes says.
"I wouldn't touch it," Daviss says.

Outer Banks season 4 first look reveals romance and happiness for all 3 Pogue couples
After a rousing game of Pogue ping pong, the guys continue the tour up on the second floor which is where the "employees only" section is, a.k.a. where the Pogues hang out when they're not working. "My favorite scene this season actually happens to be up there," Stokes says. "We did a flashback scene to the opening scene from season 1 of John B standing with one foot hanging off the roof. We recreated that up there and it was a really cool full-circle moment."
The tour moves outside to "Craftlandia," where the other three Pogues join them for a snack: Bailey, Cline, and Grant. Stokes jokes that they spend too much time at the snack table when they're supposed to be filming, and Cline adds that they don't actually let her drive the van, which makes her costars laugh.

The first five episodes of Outer Banks season 4 drop Oct. 10, while the following five episodes will drop Nov. 7.
