Just weeks after Katy Perry was spotted vacationing with ex-fiancé Orlando Bloom off the Amalfi Coast, the “Dark Horse” singer was seen having dinner with none other than former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.On Monday, July 28, the two were filmed at Le Violon, a well-known restaurant in Montreal.
