On Love Island USA, what time do the islanders have to wake up and go to bed every day and night? It is well known that they do not have access to clocks, even on their cellphones. So, when is it time to turn in? Keep reading for more details.
What Time Do Islanders Wake Up & Go To Bed?
Love Island USA viewers watch as the islanders head to bed together, and then, the drapes go up, and it is time to start the day. Yet, they appear to have no concept of time and just go about their day, cooking breakfast, working out, and tanning. Although they shower and prepare for bed as a unit, is there a specific time that they must go to sleep by? Furthermore, what time do they get awoken by the sunlight? There is apparently no set time that they must arise; it is all up to production. Moreover, it can be dependent on how crazy the evening prior was.

It was stated by a former islander, Kady McDermott, that they cannot sleep later than 930 am. This is because fans do not care to watch them sleep. They would rather hear them gossip and get pretty for the day. Additionally, their wake-up calls did not always come from the blinds opening. They were woken up via speakers, but this seems more of a pleasing way to come out of a slumber. As for bedtime, that often changes, as well. If they have had a big night of filming, they can head to bed at sunrise.
Again, the Love Island USA cast does not have any concept of time and do not have any clocks. Yet, they are all running on empty, per former islanders. It is stated that they can get around six hours of sleep, at most, every night. As for napping, some reports claim that it is not allowed, whereas other islanders have shared they loved catching some Z’s during the day. Viewers appreciate this after hearing how sleep-deprived the cast can be for almost two months.
An Exhausting Journey
Love Island USA fans watch the islanders from morning until night. Therefore, they have become curious about the times of day and such. Some of the cast opt not to sleep and have some bedroom fun. However, they all share one room and are required to make their beds every morning. They also have to cook breakfast for themselves, which is why they have all perfected avocado toast. The other meals are catered for them, but they can be seen munching during the day. One evening, after a competition, the islanders were seen chowing down on chips.
