While Jason said he is eyeing 260 pounds as his eventual goal for later “this year,” he isn’t in a rush to get there."A lot of guys lose too much too fast, and it feels like it doesn’t fall off properly, or you look drastically different,” Jason said. "As I’ve gone down, I feel like 260’s the right number. But we’ll reassess when we get there.”Related: Fans ‘Can’t Get Enough’ of ‘Couple Goals’ Jason and Kylie Kelce’s Sweet Sideline MomentAnother reason he doesn’t feel a rush to lose extra weight quickly likely has do to with Kylie. As he recalled with a laugh to Wood, “I was working out the other day, and Kylie’s like, ‘If you get a six-pack, I will be furious.’ And I’m like, ‘All right.’”Though Jason has stayed pretty busy since his tearful retirement announcement, he admitted there are some things he misses about being an NFL player. “There’s a lot of you that wants to go back and play, because you miss the competition of it, you miss the highs and lows,” Jason explained, clarifying that while he experiences those “highs and lows” somewhat as a fan, “it’s not as intense” as being out with the players on the field.“There’s definitely aspects I miss. I miss the locker room, I miss being around the guys,” he said, adding that he doesn’t miss “the pounding” and is “pretty happy I’m not doing that anymore.”Entering a new stage in life has provided its own benefits, he continued. “I’m doing a lot of other things, which keep me busy and keep my mind occupied.” The father of three is also "spending more time around the girls than I ever have,” he said. “So there’s a lot of other blessings that come with it.”Next: Jason Kelce Channels Iconic TV Dad While Partying With Football Fans
