Linda McMahon Says Colleges Must Be 'In Sync' with Trump Administration

In an interview with CNBC on Wednesday morning, Education Secretary Linda McMahon said U.S. colleges and universities should be "in sync" with the Trump administration.
McMahon said in part, "Universities should continue to be able to do research as long as they're abiding by the laws and in sync, I think, with the administration and what the administration is trying to accomplish."
The education secretary's comment comes as the Trump administration appears poised to cancel all federal contracts with Harvard University amid its escalating dispute with the elite college.
