The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives is the latest reality TV sensation. One star wants to be the next Bachelorette. She shared an audition video on social media. Stay on this page for all the details.
When Will The Bachelorette Return To ABC?
The Bachelorette has aired nearly every year since it debuted on ABC in 2003. But the popular spinoff was yanked from the schedule this year. Many fans blame the drama from Season 21 for the move. Jenn Tran’s season ended in heartbreak when she revealed that her engagement to Devin Strader was over. That’s not unusual in the franchise.
However, fans were disgusted that Jenn was forced to watch the proposal footage after revealing the relationship was over. It also came out that Devin had a shady past, putting the show’s vetting policy into question.
The Bachelorette won’t air this year. Some fans are convinced the entire franchise is near the end. However, other fans think the show just needs a major overhaul. A star from The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives thinks she would be perfect for the show.

While The Bachelorette usually stars someone from inside the franchise, Mormon Wives has a connection to the spinoff. Mormon Wives airs on Hulu. The streaming service and ABC are both owned by Disney. In fact, former Bachelor Nick Viall is hosting the reunion for the second Secret Lives season, which featured a surprise appearance by a Bachelor In Paradise contestant.
Secret Lives Of Mormon Wives Shares Audition Tape
The stars of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives first gained fame on TikTok. The ‘MomTok’ creators shared details about their experience as wives in the Mormon religion, including the rise of ‘swinging’ in their marriages.
Taylor Frankie Paul is one of the most outspoken stars from the Hulu reality show. She divorced her first husband, Tate Paul, amid a ‘soft swinging’ scandal. They have two children together.
She also shares a child with her ex-boyfriend, Dakota Mortensen. The former couple broke up in 2024. Taylor recently opened up about being a single mom. She revealed that she is ready to date but hasn’t found the right person for her.
She took to social media to audition for the next Bachelorette season. “Hi, I’m Taylor and I’m taking matters into my own hands, this is my audition,” she captioned the tongue-in-cheek post.
The video shows the Secret Lives tidying up around the house as she lip-synched to a soundtrack featuring actress Lindsay Lohan. Despite starring on one of the most popular reality shows right now, Taylor Frankie Paul showed that she lives a normal life and just wants what everyone wants: love.
Her followers took to the comments to share their enthusiasm for the idea. One follower wrote, “This would lowkey revive that franchise.”
Another added, “This would 100% bring the bachelor franchise back to its prime.”
