PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Providence police respond to hundreds of calls a day, but there's one type of call they've been getting more and more of lately: mental health crises.
Target 12 Investigator Alexandra Leslie sat down with Col. Oscar Perez to learn how police are dealing with a surge in mental health calls.
