Hannah Brown of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette fame recently opened up about something she’s been struggling with for years. During the moment, she’s also touched on how this impacted her even before her reality television career. This also comes out following big news from the star.
Hannah Brown Was The Star Of Season 15 Of The Bachelorette
Bachelor Nation fans were introduced to Brown through Season 23 of The Bachelor, where she ultimately placed in the top seven. She then became the star of Season 15 of The Bachelorette.
Since then, Brown, who has a background as a beauty queen, has continued to establish herself as a television personality. She also competed on Season 28 of Dancing with the Stars, later appearing as a guest performer in Season 32. She’s also appeared in Bachelor in Paradise and The Celebrity Dating Game.

In early 2021, Brown started a relationship with Adam Woolard. The two would later get engaged in 2023. As previously reported, the couple decided to live separately until they eventually tie the knot.
Recently, Brown spoke about her relationship with Adam in a conversation with Us Weekly. At the time, she admitted to anxiety ahead of her wedding day.

It was noted that Brown previously shared feelings of anxiety when the news came out of her engagement to Adam. While flattered when told it looked like she overcame it, she explained things were more complicated.
The Bachelorette Star Shared That Anxiety Was Something She’s Dealt With Since She Was A Child
Brown shared, “I’m like, I have always struggled with an anxiety. I don’t, like, pretend that that’s not something that’s a part of my life and especially when it comes to like big life moments. I mean, heck, it could be coming in and doing an interview I can feel this, like, thing.”
“So, of course, when it comes to the biggest decisions of your life, naturally, I’m going to be all up in my head. But I have a great partner. And I have great support and it’s awesome when everyone in your life is so rooting for your relationship.”
Brown noted that this was something she experienced as a child in school. She also shared that she picked up on her anxiety while watching herself during an audition tape. She shared, “Oh, I saw that and I say something about me being like super anxious and in my head I’m like, ‘Well it all tracks and we’re still there.’ Okay, well, but I am getting… I do think just overall I am getting much better. But she’s so crazy!”
