Conte has been out of the dugout since leaving Tottenham in March 2023.
However, he is now understood to have agreed a three-year deal with the Serie A side.
Ahead of his arrival, Conte has already identified a key summer transfer target.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the 54-year-old’s priority is a new striker, with Romelu Lukaku singled out as a potential signing.
The report adds that a potential player plus cash deal involving Victor Osimhen could be on the cards.
As part of the move, Chelsea would sign the Nigerian striker for £68million PLUS Lukaku.
Conte previously signed Lukaku for Inter Milan in 2019, with the Belgian scoring 64 goals in 95 appearances under him.
The pair also won the Serie A title together at Inter before the forward returned to Chelsea for an incredible £97.5m in 2021.
