BROOKLYN, NY — A man has been arrested and charged for stalking after he followed a woman from a Brooklyn subway station and then chased after her, leading to an altercation back in March, police said. Jonathan Siguncia, 22, of Queens, is facing stalking and harassment charges. He was arrested on Thursday, according to police. On March 19, at about 6:30 a.m., Siguncia approached a 48-year-old woman on a “J” Train at the Cypress Hills subway station and said "Hey, you cute" and stared at her, police said.
