Tying the Knot with an Amagami Sister Reveals Key Visual and October 2024 Release
A key visual for the Tying the Knot with an Amagami Sister anime adaptation has been released. It has also been announced that the show will debut in October this year, and that Nana Mizuki and Chika Anzai are joining the cast.
Mizuki is playing Mahiru Anekoji, while Anzai has been cast as Shirahi Tsuruyama.

Tying the Knot with an Amagami Sister is based on the Kodansha-published manga by Marcey Naito, which was originally a one-shot that was released in Weekly Shonen Magazine in 2020, with serialization beginning in 2021. Fourteen tankoubon volumes have been released as of March 2024.
Kodansha USA describes the manga as:
Uryu Kamihate has had a rough start to life, but plans to forget it all by achieving his dream-matriculating into medical school. But when he arrives at his new foster home, a working shrine, his dream of a quiet place to study goes up in smoke. Not only will he be living with the three beautiful, lively Amagami sisters-but he learns that he must marry one of them and take over the shrine!
