Earlier this month, Ozzy Osbourne appeared at his final gig with Black Sabbath in England’s Villa Park. Since then, rumors have resurfaced concerning him and an alleged “suicide pact.” The singer’s daughter, Kelly Osbourne, has recently taken to social media to discuss the story.
Kelly Osbourne Recently Addressed A Rumor Concerning Her Father Ozzy Through Her Instagram Stories
Kelly is the daughter of Black Sabbath singer Ozzy Osbourne and television personality Sharon Osbourne. Many were introduced to Kelly through her family’s reality series, The Osbournes.
Since then, however, Kelly has had a prominent career as an actress, singer, fashion designer, and television personality. She is especially known for hosting Project Catwalk and Fashion Police, as well as serving as a judge on Project Runway Junior.

Over the years, the family has been subject to a variety of rumors. In one such story, it had been claimed that Ozzy and Sharon were part of a “suicide pact.” These claims were likely spurred on all the more thanks to recent stories concerning Ozzy’s health, especially with the news of his final show.
As noted by The U.S. Express, Kelly herself recently addressed this rumor during an Instagram Story. She claimed, “I don’t know what side of the bed I woke up on today, but I woke up on a f–king I’m f–k you up and fight you day.”
Kelly continued, “Stop making articles or posts about how you think my parents are having a suicide pact.” However, she shared a surprising origin of the claims. As she noted, “That was bulls–t my mom said to get attention one time. And my dad’s not dying. Stop!”
Meanwhile, Ozzy recently gave fans his last bow with Black Sabbath as they performed for the “Back to the Beginning” event on July 5, 2025. Kelly herself also had good news to share, as her boyfriend Sid Wilson proposed to her.
Kelly Also Addressed An AI Video Concerning Her Father
As the publication noted, Kelly also addressed a viral AI video where her father appeared to claim that he was “dying.” She shared, “So, there’s this video going around on social media and it’s supposed to be of my dad and it’s AI.” According to her, the video reportedly had “Ozzy” claim, “‘I don’t need a doctor to tell me that I’m going to die. I know I’m going to die.’”
Kelly responded to this, saying, “What the f–k is wrong with you people? Why would you spend your time making a video like this? He’s not dying! Yes, he has Parkinson’s. And, yes, his mobility is completely different than it used to be, but he’s not f–king dying. What is wrong with you?’”
Reportedly, the story had been discussed in a 2007 interview following the release of Sharon’s autobiography, Survivor: My Story-The Next Chapter. Speaking with The Mirror, she shared, “Ozzy and I have absolutely come to the same decision. We believe 100 percent in euthanasia so have drawn up plans to go to the assisted suicide flat in Switzerland if we ever have an illness that affects our brains, If Ozzy or I ever got Alzheimer’s, that’s it–we’d be off.”
