Shedeur Sanders made the NFL look like 'racist fools' with outrageous Browns debut

By ERIC BLUM,
After his impressive preseason debut for the Cleveland Browns, Shedeur Sanders made the NFL look like 'racist fools', claims longtime conservative sports commentator Skip Bayless.
Sanders shockingly dropped from a top NFL Draft prospect to the fifth round in April, where the Browns selected him, their second signal-caller selection of the event after Dillon Gabriel.
Yet, it was Sanders who started the Browns' first preseason game against the Carolina Panthers, completing 14-of-23 passes for 138 yards and two touchdowns, without an interception.
Although Cleveland's quarterback competition remains fierce, it appears from the outside that Sanders has a better chance of making the team this week than he did going into the game.
That has unleashed those who have always felt Deion Sanders' son was slighted by the NFL with his draft drop, including the 73-year-old Bayless.
'Tonight, Shedeur Sanders made the entire National Football League look like petty fools, and in some cases, racist fools, and in many cases, Deion-despising fools,' Bayless said as part of a long, direct-to-social-media statement.

Bayless was impressed by Sanders' debut throwing for two touchdowns and no interceptions
'Shedeur Sanders made all those teams that had 143 chances to draft before he went 144th, he shamed all of them, including the Cleveland Browns, who finally took him in the fifth round.'
Bayless assertion that Sanders could have gone as high as No 1 was projected as a reality until draft night, where his tumble was unheard of.
Sanders still has plenty of work to do to ensure he is on the Browns' regular-season, 53-man roster, with competition from Gabriel, Joe Flacco, Kenny Pickett, and Tyler Huntley.
Cleveland's next preseason game is against the Philadelphia Eagles on Saturday, with the reigning championship defense appearing to give Sanders his next professional test.
The Browns have not made any declaration as to who will play against the Eagles, much like the did give Sanders the nod to play the Panthers.
Yet, Sanders' controlling an NFL offense is sure to improve his resume around the league, and more importantly, within the Browns organization
