Southington FD Uses Lake Compounce To Battle Pesky Brush Fire
SOUTHINGTON, CT — The recent spate of dry weather and a lack of rain likely played a role in a pesky brush fire that kept the Southington Fire Department busy.According to the SFD Friday, firefighters spent two hours overnight Thursday into Friday battling the blaze.Firefighters said it was in an open field on Mt.
