RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– The 600 and 700 blocks of Sunset Drive will be closed to traffic beginning Tuesday, May 28, due to road construction activities, say county officials.
Richland County officials say the blocks will be closed due to crews performing storm drainage, sidewalk and road construction activities.
Drivers are advised to take alternate routes.
Motorists traveling near the construction zone are asked to use caution at all times and be aware of equipment and crews in the area.
Also, RC county says an exact timeline for completion of the project has not yet been determined, however construction crews will work to expedite the reopening of the roadway as soon as possible.
