It will mark his first debate appearance since his shock take over as leader of the party when he replaced businessman Richard Tice on Monday,
And it comes days after he was splattered with a banana milkshake at his campaign launch in Clacton, Essex, where he will try to become an MP in July.
Tory minister Penny Mordaunt will represent the Conservative Party and will face off against deputy Labour leader Angela Rayner, who joins instead of Sir Keir Starmer.
Liberal Democrat leader Sir Ed Davey will not take part, with his deputy Daisy Cooper stepping in instead.
They will be joined by Stephen Flynn, the Westminster leader for the SNP, Carla Denyer of the Green Party and Rhun ap Iorwerth from Plaid Cymru.
