Moment Stephen A. Smith curses live on First Take as ESPN analyst turns air blue during debate on NBA star Nikola Jokic

STEPHEN A. Smith delivered a passionate speech about the NBA MVP during Friday’s episode of First Take.
The Denver Nuggets got blown out in game six of their playoff series against the Minnesota Timberwolves, and NBA MVP Nikola Jokic looked ready to get his revenge.

After losing three games in a row, the Timberwolves stood tall while facing elimination and destroyed the Nuggets 115-70.
In the contest, Timberwolves star Anthony Edwards went for 27 points, four rebounds, and four assists.
On the opposite side, Jokic went for 22 points with nine rebounds and two assists.
Jokic looked furious at the end of the game, and Stephen A. said it was his way of saying they Nuggets are coming back strong in game seven.
“He was standing up and he was just staring at them,” Stephen A. said.
“He had that look on his face like ‘I’m gonna get you b******s. I’m gonna get y’all.’
“It was one of those looks, you know what I’m saying? I obviously have Minnesota winning the series, but y’all know this.
“You know what that look is about, there’s certain things that you just see.
“It’s one thing to just be sitting on the bench, it was a bad night you know, ‘damn we getting it given to us and that’s fine.’
“But it’s another thing entirely when the superstar who is the best player in the world, who is a three-time league MVP, and happens to be the reigning, defending NBA champion is standing there staring at them.

“Not just looking at his own teammates, looking at Minnesota like ‘Imma get y’all, I’m not going away.'”
Minnesota looked to initially have a grip on the series, taking a 2-0 series lead after winning the first two games in Denver.
However, the Nuggets battled back, winning the next two games in Minnesota and then game five at home.
Game six went back to Minnesota, and the Timberwolves made a statement with their 115-70 win, forcing a game seven for a spot in the Western Conference Final.
NBA PLAYOFF SERIES UPDATES
Currently, only one playoff series is decided. The Celtics took down the Cavaliers 4-1 after multiple key players went down with injury.
The Celtics now own one of the spots in the Eastern Conference Finals, their third consecutive year there.
The Knicks play game six against the Pacers on Friday night with a chance to close out the series and punch their ticket to their first ECF since the 1999-2000 season.
The Mavericks and Thunder will square off in game six on Saturday, with Dallas currently holding a 3-2 lead in the series.
Dallas won game five 104-92 and have a chance to return to the WCF for the first time since 2022.
The Eastern Conference Finals will start on Tuesday, May 21. The Western Conference Finals have not been scheduled yet.
