Cora Jade Speaks Out After Injury vs. Jordynne Grace at WWE NXT

On the latest episode of WWE NXT, Cora Jade took on former TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace. However, the match took an unexpected turn when Cora Jade suffered an injury.
During the match, Jordynne Grace pushed Cora Jade into the corner, prompting Jade to speak with the referee. Sensing something was wrong, the referee threw up the “X” signal to indicate an injury. Medical officials rushed to the ring to check on Jade, and the referee stopped the match, awarding the victory to Grace via stoppage. Officials then helped Jade out of the ring.
Speculation quickly spread that Jade had suffered a knee injury after a video surfaced on social media. Fans grew even more concerned, knowing she had previously torn her ACL in January 2024, an injury that sidelined her for nine months.
Cora Jade later reassured fans by providing an update on her condition following WWE NXT. She admitted she was “rocked” but confirmed she was feeling fine and that her knees were good.

Sean Ross Sapp from Fightful Select has shared an update on Cora Jade’s injury. He took to X, formerly known as Twitter, and revealed that Jade’s injury was to her head, not her knee.

Jade was seen holding her head as medical staff checked on her while she exited the ring. It remains unclear whether she will miss any time, as she is scheduled for a major match against TNA Knockouts Champion Masha Slamovich at the TNA Sacrifice pay-per-view on March 14. Fans are hopeful that Jade is fine and will compete as planned against Slamovich at the event.
