Emmerdale and EastEnders confirm game-changing twists as Hollyoaks lines up ‘wave of deaths’ in 10 soap spoilers

With a number of very special outings on the cards, the soap genre isn’t holding back this week as secrets are exposed and realities are realised in a truly unmissable batch of episodes.
EastEnders and Emmerdale break from the norm with two very different offerings as Yolande Trueman opens up about her ordeal in a BBC two-hander while the Dales’ Belle Dingle comes to see Tom King for who he is in a ‘never before been done’ episode of the ITV soap.
Both are must watches.
Hollyoaks, meanwhile, continues to fire on all cylinders, with some game-changing developments on the menu as Cindy Cunningham’s happiness is ripped away again.
And speaking of wedding bells, Neighbours sees Paul Robinson pop the question yet again, though his choice of fiancee likely won’t go down too well with his fellow Ramsay Street residents!
Over in Coronation Street, Bethany Platt is left reeling by a major return.

EastEnders airs special two-hander episode as Yolande opens up to Patrick

Yolande’s behaviour sparks concern, with Patrick seeking advice from Pastor Clayton, unaware of his true nature. Yolande is fuming and resolves to open up but, struggling to find the words, she asks Elaine to tell Patrick what she went through. Patrick is devastated and makes a beeline for Clayton, with Yolande desperate to stop him from doing so. After a heart-to-heart, she agrees to report Pastor Clayton to the church officials.
Cindy’s happiness set to end in tragedy in Hollyoaks

Dave and Cindy’s wedding gets underway at The Loft and, after a string of bad luck, the day doesn’t exactly go to plan, with conflict aplenty between the bride and groom and, when the truth about Lizzie’s child comes out, Dave wants answers. But this is just the beginning. Things are set to get much worse.
Emmerdale’s Tom and Belle take centre stage in bone-chilling episode that shows behind closed doors

Belle is on edge ahead of the dinner party, with Tom once again making little of her and her efforts, ordering her to change her outfit. Tom makes a discovery before the guests arrive and, during the meal, Belle takes herself to the kitchen to cry, having been upset by her abusive husband. Tom corners her in the bathroom while the guests are still downstairs and, following Marlon and Rhona’s argument, everyone decides to leave, with Belle pleading with them to stay, terrified of being left alone with menacing Tom.
Paul pops the question in Neighbours – but not to Terese

After spotting Terese and Toadie together, Paul decides to take matters into his own hands, asking scheming Chelsea to propose to him again, knowing that this time he’ll say yes. She sets wheels in motion for their engagement party, but with Krista recovering in hospital, will the truth about her deception at long last be exposed? We can but hope!
Bethany receives a major shock as abuser Nathan returns in Coronation Street

A reconstruction of Lauren’s murder gets underway at the precinct. Bethany, however, spots someone who she believes to be paedophile Nathan and her worst fears are confirmed when DS Swain breaks the news that the vile criminal was released months ago. Bethany finds out that Nathan is working at a construction site near the precinct and, upon confronting her abuser, she accuses him of murdering Lauren.

George is raced to hospitalin EastEnders

George is devastated to learn that Gloria’s funeral has been held without him and thus he takes part in another illegal fight. With the girls suggesting a memorial of their own, George attempts to remember Gloria in his own words but he becomes dizzy and is subsequently rushed to hospital, where he’s told that he has a brain condition that could kill him if he ever sets foot in a ring again!
A string of drug deaths spell trouble for Warren in Hollyoaks

Warren reads about a string of deaths from dodgy drugs and fears that the product he’s pushing is also dodgy, ordering Ste to sort out the mess. Ste does as he’s told, believing he’s solved the situation, unaware that some drugs have still slipped through. At the wedding, a number of characters begin to feel sick from the drugs they’ve taken.
Nicky left to die in Emmerdale

When Caleb belittles him, Nicky drowns his sorrows. Suni, meanwhile, reveals that he’s in a bar in town and has spotted one of the homophobes who attacked him last year. Nicky is contemplating driving there but, having saw just how much he’s drank Ethan insists on taking the driver’s seat. A devastating accident ensues, with Ethan losing control of the car and, afterwards, Nicky is in a bad way. Ethan, however, makes a run for it, with Moira subsequently discovering Nicky and the wreckage. Will Nicky be okay? And will Ethan come to regret his actions?

Roy is deflated when Dee-Dee informs him that the police have had no luck in tracing Lauren’s necklace. Can someone please release Roy now? Hasn’t he suffered enough?
Honey puts her foot down in EastEnders

Honey tries to persuade Billy to give Stevie a chance, but he’s adamant that the returnee is allowed nowhere near their family. Stevie, meanwhile, bumps into Lexi, Will and Janet and tries to get to know them all better over lunch but Billy storms over to The Vic to warn Stevie off – but Honey insists that the kids have a right to get to know their granddad!
EastEnders airs Mondays to Thursdays at 7:30pm on BBC One. Coronation Street airs Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8pm on ITV. Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7:30pm on ITV. Hollyoaks streams weeknights at 7:30pm on Channel 4 streaming and airs on E4 at 7pm. Neighbours streams Monday to Thursday from 7am on Amazon Freevee.
