The Miami Dolphins, after defeating the New England Patriots on Sunday Night Football in Week 2 to move to 2-0 on the year, are set to return home for their first matchup at Hard Rock Stadium, as they’re set to host the Denver Broncos in Miami Gardens.
According to BetMGM, Miami is currently a 6.5-point favorite for this game. They’re also favorites on the money line, as their victory is set at -300. The over/under for the contest is 48 points.
Mike McDaniel’s team had a more complete win against the Patriots on Sunday after outdueling the Los Angeles Chargers in a shootout in Week 1. Vic Fangio’s defensive unit stepped up and slowed down New England’s impressive rushing attack and forced Bill O’Brien’s offense to turn the ball over multiple times.
The Broncos nearly saved their game this past weekend against the Washington Commanders with a successful hail mary and a failed two-point attempt that probably should’ve drawn a flag. Instead, Sean Payton’s group walked away knowing that they blew a 21-3 lead to an inexperienced quarterback in Sam Howell to drop to 0-2.
This battle between the Dolphins and Broncos will be very interesting to watch with talented players all over the field. The two team teams will kick off on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. ET.
